Elad Man (Solicitor and Israeli Advocate)
As well as being a solicitor in the firm's Tel Aviv office, Elad is also a member of Man-Barak, Advocates and Solicitors in Tel Aviv and in England. He specialises in litigation, company insolvency, banking, commercial law and public and administrative law. Using his knowledge of class actions and commercial law, Elad has acted as an adviser to the Israeli Parliament’s sub-committee on Class Action legislation. In addition, he sits on the Israel Bar Committees for Corporate Law and Capital Markets, Company Insolvency and Class Actions. He also holds an MBA specialising in finance from the University of Manchester
Elad acts as a guest lecturer at various academic institutions, including the Law Faculty at Ramat Gan’s Academic College, lecturing in Contract Law, Corporate Law and Media Law. He regularly writes articles for Israel’s leading legal and financial publications including ‘The Lawyer’, ‘Globes’ and ‘The Marker’.
Elad is fluent in Hebrew and English.
