A negotiator by instinct and experience, he is equally at home settling a dispute or hammering out the terms of a commercial agreement. His experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas of practice is both long and broad. He prides himself on his documents draftsmanship and his skills as a communicator. He was a pioneer in computing in the legal profession, his experience dating back to 1979, and he has lectured both at the University of Wales and to professionals on hi-technology in the legal profession, practical conveyancing and the buying and selling of businesses.
