Howard Epstein

Howard Epstein qualified as a solicitor in 1969 and has practised both outside and inside London, gaining a breadth of experience in the field of commercial law.

A negotiator by instinct and experience, he is equally at home settling a dispute or hammering out the terms of a commercial agreement. His experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas of practice is both long and broad. He prides himself on his documents draftsmanship and his skills as a communicator. He was a pioneer in computing in the legal profession, his experience dating back to 1979, and he has lectured both at the University of Wales and to professionals on hi-technology in the legal profession, practical conveyancing and the buying and selling of businesses. Howard has written articles for the Law Society Gazette, where he has also featured as Solicitor of the Week.

He has now moved to Israel where he has recognised the need for advice on English legal issues.
